  • Email subscriptions: If you subscribe to receive free downloads or email newsletters, your email address is stored with our email service provider (Kit / ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
  • Purchases: If you purchase the Leitner OS Dashboard, payment is processed by Gumroad. We receive your email address from Gumroad to deliver your purchase. We do not store payment card details.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server logs: Our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Cookies: This site uses WordPress session cookies for functionality. If you are logged in as a WordPress user, a login cookie is set. Analytics cookies are only set if an analytics plugin is installed and configured.

Contact form data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your data is deleted from our email system within 30 days.
